Constellation seminars create an environment in which everyone present feels safe. This has something to do with the fact that, during a constellation, we go to a different level of perception than in everyday life. We allow ourselves to be touched, to resonate and to feel with our fellow participants. 
A mindful, meditative witness attitude allows us to maintain a safe distance without closing ourselves off. Resonating with our fellow participants and with the uncovered aspects of the constellation bring us into contact with humanity. The crises of our time cause many people to get caught up in their feelings and become blind and destructive - others cut themselves off from their feelings and possibly lose their humanity. The participants in my constellation groups tell me again and again how beneficial it was to be in contact with their feelings and to feel safe in doing so. In this respect, constellation days are not only a place where we can release systemic entanglements, but also a place where we can familiarise ourselves as representatives with deep human feelings and activate energy and wisdom for a new way of dealing with ourselves, with each other and with the crises of our time.
